How can the coffee bar be customized for our wedding?
Our luxury coffee bar setups are thoughtfully designed to complement your wedding aesthetic and elevate the overall guest experience. We can customize the bar, cups, latte prints, signage, and drink menu to seamlessly align with your wedding vision and style.
Can we print our monogram, logo, or photos on the drinks?
Yes! Couples love incorporating wedding monograms, engagement photos, pets, or their initials into their hot latte prints. You’re welcome to send multiple designs if you’d like variety throughout the event. For best print quality, we require vector files or high-resolution PNGs.
What drinks are included?
Our menu includes both hot and iced espresso-based drinks, including cappuccinos and your choice of four signature latte flavors. We also offer optional additions such as chai, matcha, hot chocolate, and drip coffee.
When is coffee service typically offered during weddings?
Our wedding coffee service is typically provided for 3 hours. Most couples choose to serve coffee during cake cutting, dessert hour, or later in the evening to create an elevated and memorable guest experience. Additional service hours can also be added if needed.
What do you require for setup?
We require a 6x6 ft setup space along with dedicated 110V 20-amp outlets for our equipment. We’ll send out a questionnaire ahead of time with all of the details to ensure a seamless experience.
How many bars and baristas will we need?
The number of bars, espresso machines, and baristas depends on your guest count and event flow. Our starter package includes one bar, one espresso machine, and one barista, which can accommodate up to 150 guests and serve approximately 50 drinks per hour.
