At Brightside Coffee Bar, we're no strangers to high-volume coffee catering. But this project was an opportunity to showcase something we've spent years building: the people, systems, and infrastructure to execute complex, multi-location coffee activations without compromising the guest experience.
Over five days, our team brought the Brightside experience to locations throughout Houston and surrounding communities, including Bryan, College Station, Livingston, and Lufkin.
And every detail mattered.

Coordinating a single corporate coffee event takes preparation. Coordinating 15 coffee bar setups across 11 locations over five days requires an entirely different level of planning.
Each location came with its own schedule, logistics, staffing requirements, and setup considerations.
Our team had to coordinate everything from equipment and ingredients to transportation, staffing, and onsite execution, all while managing the production of thousands of bottled lattes.
The challenge wasn't simply serving coffee. It was ensuring that every location received the same reliable, high-quality Brightside experience.
3,000 Bottled Lattes: Production at Scale
Preparing thousands of bottled lattes requires more than a good espresso recipe.
It requires consistency, careful production planning, inventory management, and coordination between the people preparing the drinks and those executing the events.
With 3,000 bottled lattes included in this activation, we had to think beyond individual drinks and focus on the entire production process.
Because at this volume, even the smallest details can have a significant impact.
30 Barista Shifts. One Team.
Behind every successful event is a team making it happen.
Across the five-day activation, we coordinated 30 barista shifts to support coffee service at multiple locations.
From preparing equipment and getting coffee bars ready for service to welcoming guests and crafting drinks, our baristas played an essential role in bringing this project to life.
And while our guests may have only experienced one Brightside coffee bar, behind the scenes, an entire operation was working together to deliver a consistent experience across all 11 locations.
